The people — or talent — is your project team, and the processes are obviously what you need to get things done. If a portion of those processes — or the individual tasks that occur within those processes are automated, then the "people" part of your project will lead to more productivity, creativity, and collaboration, all of which are important in reaching goals and driving value.
As you go through and prioritize features into your product roadmap, remember that your overall strategy and product roadmap always need to be front and center. Don’t lose focus on the bigger picture by some exciting idea. Long-term strategy always trumps short-term results.
Organizations that are implementing large strategic initiatives or programs choose to use centralized project programs in order to coordinate the efforts of the individual projects and/or staff the PMs throughout the projects. A centralized model promotes consistency of practices, standardized reporting, and transparent communications which are critical to large initiatives.
